Nordstrom Rack Glass Mirror Covered Jewelry Box.  Measurements are listed in details above.  There is one very small chip on the lid, the size of a pinhead, please see last 3 pictures.  No major scratches or other chips are present.  Removable insert.  I had a hard time photographing due to the mirrors, but any design you see on the box is just a reflection of the surrounding walls.  The box is mirror covered on all sides except for the bottom.
