The  Iron On Heat Transfer you have is printed on an 8.5 x 11-inch sheet of high-quality heat transfer paper. This transfer is  for  white T-SHIRTS or light-colored  FABRICS. It’s not recommended for dark color fabrics, 

 the image will need to be trimmed before applying it,

Application : You can use your household iron on high heat 

TEMPERATURE 450 DEGREES  PRESS DOWN HARD FOR 25 SECONDS

 DON'T PEEL THE STRECH TRANSFER OFF,

 JUST SIMPLY HOLD THE T SHIRT ON BOTH SIDES OF THE TRANSFER, AND STRECH THE SHIRT,THEN HOLD THE T SHIRT  AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE TRANSFER AND STRECH THE SHIRT, SO  THE PAPER BACKING OF THE TRANSFER WILL JUST FALL OFF ,REVEALING A BEAUTIFULL PROFESSIONAL PRINT IMAGE THATS IT!!!!

BUT WE RECOMEND FOR BEST RESULTS YOU TAKE YOUR T SHIRT & TRANSFER TO YOUR LOCAL  screen print SHOP  they will use their   HEAT PRESS   for just $1-$2  for BEST RESULTS,
