Used, overall great condition for a used motocrcross jersey.  has a couple of faint stains, one nickel size on back in pic, and one on front right shoulder couple of dime sizes also detailed on pic. Has small thread pull on side and some faint small scuffs on back.  Other than that its a great jersey.
