One of the tabs that keeps the cape intact is lost. Also, there are some quite noticeable QC issues with this figure. There is a piece of the bow tie that's broken off, the fanged head has some parts of the paint that has chipped off, and the stoic head's printing/paint does not match with the sculpting.

Otherwise, the figure is in good condition, and has all accessories included with the original figure.
