  • If for any reason your item does not arrive, please let us know as soon as possible and check with your local sorting office to see if the item is being held there. If the item is returned to us having not been collected from a sorting office we will recharge you postage costs to resend.

Returns must be carried out using eBay’s return procedure. You can initiate this process through eBay 


Items must be returned within 30 days, must be unused, in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. We will issue a refund once the returned item has been checked.
