The card measures 3 1/4 X 2 1/2 inches when not including the 4 tabs. This card has never been installed on a jukebox and is as nice as the day it came from the Rowe A.M.I. factory!! This card is STANDARD PLAYS 1 play for five cents, 2 plays for a dime, 6 plays for a quarter, 13 plays for a half dollar, EXTENDED PLAYS 1 play for a dime, 3 plays for a quarter, 7 plays for half dollar.
