This serving tray is a vintage piece with a black acrylic material and a glossy finish. It has a round shape and a diameter of 10.5 inches, making it a medium-sized tray. The tray is decorated with liquor labels decoupage and hand-painted. Although no maker mark/sticker is present this item is believed to be made in Japan by Royal Sealy.
