-         If you have paid via PayPal the item will be shipped to the address on your PayPal account ONLY. (No Exceptions)

-         If you intend on picking up please pay upon pickup in store with either cash, EFTPOS, or credit card.

-         Handling times vary from 1-4 Days.

-         Please give up to 4 to 14 days for Delivery.

-         If your item is out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances you are entitled to a refund if your item can not be sourced within 3 days, otherwise, you are welcome to wait until the item is back in stock.

 POSTING

-         We post through Australia Post.

Packing

-         We endeavour to pack items as best as possible, but due to the nature of mail order we will no longer do exchanges or refunds for superficial outer box Damage such as bends & minor crushing that in no way effects the item. If you require Insurance Please Email us and we can add it to your order for an additional fee.

All our stock have price tags and may also have security tags.

All our stock is also displayed in our retails store, so may have shelf ware.

Cancellation

-         By clicking paid you have entered into a contract to purchase this item. We will only consider cancelling the order if you can provide a reason for the cancellation.

Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be returned in the condition it was posted. We will not refund the postage costs.
