2. Shipping Information Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be dispatched using reputable carriers such as UPS or USPS. Orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days following payment confirmation, excluding weekends, holidays, and pre-orders. Delivery for all orders is estimated to take between 3 – 5 business days.
3. Product Description/Condition All items are brand new and sealed. Products are dispatched in the same condition as received by the store. Please note that items are not guaranteed to be in mint condition. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that the item received may not be in perfect condition. Imperfections in the packaging, such as corner creases, dents, or manufacturing flaws, may be present. The packaging material is not considered part of the purchase. Kindly ensure your understanding before making a purchase.
4. Return Policy No returns are accepted for domestic or international orders; all sales are considered final. Exceptions are made for items damaged upon arrival, provided they are returned in the same condition. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product. However, deliberate damage or false claims may incur a 50% restocking fee.
5. Pre-order Policy Pre-ordered items will be shipped promptly upon receipt by the store. All pre-order listings will display a 30-day handling time. Regular updates on pre-orders will be communicated through messages.
