RARE Vintage Sanrio Keroppi Plastic 6” Alarm Clock Alpha Quartz NOT WORKING Frog

Does not work as the battery compartment wires are off. Id assume could be fixed by soldering wire back on but not 100%. Just over 6” tall. Has some wear so please see photos. Alpha quartz japan. Please see photos. Ask questions if needed. Thank you
