Vintage Original 1942 dated WWII Swedish Army Olive Grey Wool Field Trousers

These are so very, very similar to the German issued WW2 uniform that many film sets use these

I have marked these as used, however I think they haven't actually been issued, as these virtually no marking and hold crisp creases, with a rusted staple from an inventory label to the ankle. The elastic stirrup straps do have some scuffing but remains flexible. Two absolutely tiny holes as indicated.

The Swedish Armed Forces used a very similar color for infantry uniforms; for example the grey m/39 and later on grey-green, as the German ones.

For reference search Wikipedia for Feldgrau (English: field-grey)

These are genuine and original vintage Swedish Army uniform trousers dating from 1941, made from high-quality heavy wool in an olive grey / field grey colour.

The trousers front closure features 5 dished buttons, all in good condition, which are concealed when the fly is fastened.  There are belt loops made of the same woolen material around the waistband. To allow the use of braces there are two identical metal buttons at the inner rear seam on the waistband and on the left and right inside waistband.

There are two "slash" hip pockets at the front, which lead to generously sized internal pockets and no other pockets.

The legs finish in a slit hem with the lower edge reinforces with 1/4 in grey material, the slits being fold-back  reinforced and featuring a metal reinforced hole for fastening.

There are no tears, rips or other holes in these trousers, although there are some small marks - with care these should clean away easily if required.
