Vintage Cast Brass Pig - painted black -

Dimensions are ; 5" high , 10 1/2" long , 4 1/16" wide at the pigs ears . Material is brass which has been painted flat black . This is an interesting piece . Brass pigs are collected and can be found in a variety of versions . Why t hi s one was painted black is anyone's guess . There are a few imperfections in the cast surface but that's not uncommon . The animal sits on its back legs facing forward but up on its front legs . The piece is very straightforward and somewhat charming .
