Returns

We don't accept returns as a general rule. We aren’t Wal-Mart; we haven't worked into our pricing structure the cost of someone changing his or her mind or the fact they can't figure out how to mount the part. . We expect you to know what you need and need what you buy, ask questions before hand, not afterwards and be clear on everything BEFORE you click on buy it. In the event a return is granted there is no refund of any shipping charges and there will be a 15% return fee.

Product Fitments and Model Application Problems

If you have problems with a product we have sold to you contact us ASAP. We will work to satisfy both of us but if you have a 1979 model and ordered a part listed for a pre1970 you made an obvious mistake, ask questions to avoid this dilemma. While there is much cross over of parts not all Sportsters used the same oil pressure-sending unit for example nor did all shovelheads have the same carbs and therefore require different carb kits. Parts books will help you determine what you need.

Take into consideration many of the parts we sell are NOS (new old stock) and may have been manufactured 10-40 years ago. They have been stored in warehouses and on open shelves and therefore some may show shelf wear, small scuffs or etc. Keep in mind finish on many parts made in the 50's, 60’s and 70's isn't what you get today from the OEM or the after market. For the most part these parts were produced for the rider, not the person building a "show" bike!

WE SHIP TWICE A WEEK GENERALLY WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY, FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, BEFORE OPENING HOURS. (SHIPPING DAYS DEPENDS UPON WEATHER, WORK LOAD)

     We will not guarantee the shipment will arrive in many countries including but not limited too: Thailand, Chile, and Mexico. In our experience packages shipped to these countries seldom get there. Order at you own risk and expect it can take 30 days for a small package to arrive!
