This exceptionally large and impressive hand blown lamp shade has been crafted in a delightful citrine yellow coloured glass which displays an intense glow under UV black light indicating the presence of uranium.
An exquisite encased milky opalescent floral and foliate pattern stylishly flows around the elegant form, glistening with contrasting shades of cool blue and fiery orange depending on the light.
The stunning design is beautifully accentuated with light illuminating the glass and would look truly sensational with the warm flickering glow of an oil lamp reflecting of its surface.

SIZE: This exceptionally impressive shade measures approx 220mms in height, measures 240mms in diameter at the waved rim 140mms in diameter at the gallery opening.

CONDITION: This exquisite shade is presented in excellent antique antique condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There are a few small rough spots to the gallery rim noticeable only on extremely close examination but mentioned for complete accuracy. There are some encapsulated air bubbles and small inclusions which are in the manufacture. This exceptional example has been very well cared for and presents spectacularly.
