This is an office and very light gaming computer component that is perfectly functional, but is not targeted for gamers, but it should be perfectly fine for work and in the office, and like I said very light gaming.

Refurbished just means cleaning it very well, and  making it in a better condition

New thermal paste has been applied. It has also been thoroughly cleaned and tested.

Does not have an HDMI port, but it does have a standardized monitor port that even some TVs have.
