Warm Tips:

1.Due to the fact that the product is sometimes turned on during transportation,the battery is completely drained. After receiving the product, please charge it, and then use it after it is fully charged.

2.Please do not use hand soap or other soap that contains solid particles or add liquid/gel soap into the foam soap reservoir, which won’t foam and may block the pipe.

3.Foam Soap - Can be used directly without water dilution. liquid soap needed to be diluted with water at a ratio of 1: 3~5 according to the soap thickness and then shake them well to get perfect foam.We recommend using foam soap.

4.Please sense the touchless soap dispenser 3-4 times to let it work when using it for the first time.

5.Before cleaning the tank, liquid outlet, or motion sensor, remember to turn off the soap dispenser first.

6.When the soap dispenser is not used for a long time, it may cause the liquid in the pipeline to dry and plug, so just clean it. This product has a self-cleaning mode, which requires 3 consecutive touches of the switch to enter the cleaning mode. At this time, the soap dispenser continues to work for about 10 seconds until cleaning is completed.
