PHOTOGRAPHS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We always use actual photographs of the actual item being offered for sale, so if you see a picture and you buy... 
this is the actual item you will receive.  (please note, as photographs, some images may be susceptible to flashback).
Therefore photographs are considered part of the description.
Weights and measurement are always approximate, we try to provide accurate details, however, the scales we use
are not calibrated… so are only used to provide and approximation.

QUESTIONS/QUERIES
We are always happy to try and assist you with any questions.  If you need more information (or more likely need
better photographs), just let us know… or questions about shipping.
If you spot something wrong with our listing, an erroneous pull through from an earlier listing, or if we have missed or
got an important detail wrong… please feel free to contact us. (We can occasionally make mishtakes)

WE DO COMBINE SHIPPING
Where shipping is charged, we will happily combine your purchases to reduce the cost to you.  In some instances, 
when the value of item is high, we will also ship recorded, insured and tracked for at our cost.  (However, if your item 
is low value and you want this service, please let us know, as we will need to charge extra for this).
Please contact us when you have finished shopping and we will combine… any questions, please ask.

SHIPPING
We try to ensure that all items are shipped in a safe and secure manner, we take special care to make your experience
with us a good one.
We are UK based… if you are outside the UK, eBay may request you pay TAX on purchases, please check.
*In some instances, if you are in the GL6 area, we can arrange personal collection/delivery.
If you have any special shipping instructions, please let us know.

PROBLEMS/ISSUES
It is very rare for there to be an issue with any of our transactions, but if such a problem arises, please don’t open a
dispute as the first step… contact us first… we are more than willing to open dialogue with you to see if a satisfactory
resolve can be reached.

WHO ARE WE
We are based in the beautiful Cotswolds in the south-west of England, we operate mail order only,  We sell all manner of
items that we have carefully selected.  We have many items that haven’t been listed yet, so if there is something you
are hunting for, please contact us, we are happy to dig out items and list them on request (if we have them).
