The Adams & Westlake's Adlake Reliable Pennsylvania Railroad (P.R.R) lantern with a clear tall globe.   This lantern is considered a 3 piece smoke dome and was manufactured sometime in the 1920's or after based on the research on the tall globe and the type of lantern.

Also the patent date on the ridge of the dome range from the late 1800's until 1913.

This has one vertical wire around the glass globe.

The globe is clear and in really good shape for the age of the lantern.

The wick adjustment does turn smoothly and moves the wick through the burner,  The fount is pretty clean from what I can tell and there is no smell of kerosene.

It appears to be fully functional although it has not been tested.
