This is unmarked and I don't know if this is OEM or aftermarket but it is for 1969-79 Chevy Nova cars and 1969 Chevy Camaro cars. It may not fit every model during those years so please look at the photos.
This operates fine by hand but the springs are bad/missing and will need to be replaced. The "Brake Release" knob is dirty and has a crack (see last photo). The pedal pad is worn but usable.
