■Gaze into the brilliance of the universe expressed with traditional patterns
Edo faceted glass Old Stardust is a glass that expresses the cosmic space that Sho Yamazaki, a faceted glass craftsman, envisions using traditional patterns. It follows one of Ohba Glass Works' initiatives, "Edo faceting using traditional patterns to express the four seasons and Japanese customs. The two-sided chrysanthemum connection pattern cut in a fan shape toward the top of the rocks glass is the twinkling of a cluster of stars. Not only the shimmering parts of the universe, but also the ruggedness of the planets are expressed by the octagonal Kagome pattern cut between the Kiku-tsunagi pattern. Furthermore, the cut curves and many balls between the patterns scatter nebulae and countless newborn stars. This is a mysterious piece that allows you to enjoy a magnificent cosmic space in a glass in the palm of your hand.
