For UK buyers, my postage charge is based on £3.69, the actual cost at the Post Office counter, then 51p to cover a new Jiffy padded envelope, card stiffeners, comic bag and the percentage of the postage taken by Ebay.

Combined postage - For buyers in the UK. I only need to charge you p&p for the first magazine. Any extra purchases will be sent at no additional cost - you only pay for that first magazine.

For overseas buyers, I aim to charge just the basics; the postage cost, the envelope and packaging cost, plus Ebay's surcharge, nothing more. To save money, please consider International Economy (surface mail). It's slower, but in some cases, only about half the cost of Airmail (International Standard).

Here is the Radio Times for 1-7 September 1973. This is the Northern Ireland edition, sold originally for 5p.

The cover features leading middle-distance runner Gunhild Hoffmeister, part of the formidable DDR athletes competing in The Europa Cup. Ron Pickering writes a three-page report on a visit to see the team.

other features inside include:

·        a two-page feature/interview on leading writer and critic Sir Neville Cardus, who returns to his Manchester roots in a series of three conversations with John Arlott

·        a page and a half interview with Hermione Baddeley, who stars in the first of the Then and Now plays, The Lotus

·        the three lady finalists of the 1972 Mastermind series talk to Jenny Rees - one page

·        a one-page feature on soprano Ava June, who sings the part of the Queen in a performance of Oriana for The Proms

·        a very short piece on Judi Dench, who is a guest on Call My Bluff

The magazine is in good condition, clean and flat, with no clippings or annotations. In common with many magazines from this year, there's some transfer of ink from colour pages to adjacent pages, quite heavy in places. Please see the pictures.
