Payment
"Return policy." If there is a legitimate issue with an
item, we can discuss a return. Legitimate means the
item is not as described. This rarely happens as we
take care & time to take multiple photos and write an honest &
thorough description for EVERY item. "I do not like it," "it's
not what I thought it was" "It broke after I used it for two
weeks," "I've found another and am returning yours," and so
forth are not legitimate reasons for a return. We do not claim to be experts...just a
couple trying to make ends meet. You, the buyer, are likely many times more
qualified as experts than we are with 99.9% of the items we offer, or you
wouldn't be interested in it. If you have a question or concern about any
item, please address these before purchase. If a package or item is damaged, we
will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we
cannot assume responsibility for the carrier's actions. There are a million
opinions on what is the correct type and amount of packaging. Plain and
simple, if the carrier drops a 70lb package on a 5 lb package, it's is going
to be damaged, and all the peanuts, bubble wrap, etc. in the world are not
going to save it. So do not claim insufficient packing as we always use
proper packaging. We are not dealers; most items don't have multiples or
replacements. Most of everything we sell comes from estates, shelf pulls,
returns, and from our customers, etc. If an item is used, it is sold
as-is. We test them for powering on and any essential functions if we
have the means and sometimes further if it is not a problematic unit. WHEN AN
ITEM IS STATED "SOLD AS IS," THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT WE MEAN. It
is non-returnable unless we state it powers on and then is received DOA.
