The iPhone has been restored to factory settings and is ready for use.

The screen - I have the matte Glass Screen Protector for antiglare and anti-fingerprint.  The screen protector has a sign of use, the screen will be as fresh as new after you remove the screen protector.   

The back housing has no scratches, blemishes, dents, or scuffs, I have the iPhone cover for it since day 1 when I got the phone.
