Returns
Pursuant to art. 5 Legislative Decree 185/1999, regarding distance selling, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. The return request must be sent within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, via email. The goods must be returned at the Customer's expense within 14 working days from the date of communication of the withdrawal intact, unused or damaged.
