If an identical item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value at our discretion. Merchandise that is not defective may be returned and a refund issued for the full purchase price less shipping. Do not return damaged or defective merchandise to our distribution center unless we specifically tell you to do so. Photographic proof may be all that is required.
You are responsible for paying the shipping charges in both directions via USPS or UPS and insuring the value of the return, just as we insure all shipments to you. Many returns do not pay, especially for low cost orders.
If the return comes back after 30 days from shipment to you no credit is due you. If the non-defective merchandise you return is in non-resellable condition, you will be charged a minimum of 50%. If a return is received without an authorization (RMA) or the order was returned due to refusal or failure to pick-up when notice was left by courier or sent to you by email, you are subject to all shipping charges above.
