Please be aware that we do not entertain returns or exchanges for damages or discoloration due to user negligence. Customs Tax
The buyer bears responsibility for VAT, customs taxes, and duties. Neither the product price nor the shipping cost covers customs duties and taxes. To avoid unforeseen charges, we advise reviewing your local customs policy before completing your purchase. Should your package be declined or returned due to customs taxes or duties, you will incur the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee (based on the total price). If your package is held by local customs, it is your responsibility to contact the relevant authorities, FedEx/DHL, and the Post Office within the specified time-frame. Should you require any documentation for customs clearance, please message us on eBay, and we will furnish the necessary documents following verification with our courier.
Shipping:
All items will be dispatched from South Korea after thorough inspection. Please consult the shipping and payment table for available options. To ensure prompt and secure delivery, please provide accurate address details during checkout. Once a purchase is confirmed, modifications to the shipping address are not feasible. Tracking numbers will be provided within 2-3 days of purchase, although there might be delays on weekends and public holidays.
- Economy Shipping: Includes tracking number. (28-40 days)
- Standard Shipping: Includes tracking number. (18-28 days)
- Expedited Shipping (EMS/DHL/FedEx): Includes tracking number for expedited delivery.
Please be aware that Economy shipping may take up to a couple of months depending on your location.
Return Policy:
Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. Prior to initiating a return, please contact us immediately to facilitate the necessary arrangements.
When returning an item, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- All items must be in their original, unopened condition.
- Items must be unused and complete, with no missing parts (excluding manufacturing defects or wrong items).
- Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the returned product, deducting shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Buyer has to pay for returning shipping fees.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The package has been opened or items have been used.
- Parts are missing or items are damaged due to buyer negligence (excluding manufacturing defects).
- Return is due to refusal to pay customs tax & duties,insufficient address, unsuccessful delivery, in which case buyers are responsible for all associated costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Upon receipt of the returned product, a refund will be issued accordingly.
