The image that almost fit micro 4/3 (micro four thirds with c-mount adapter) with a slight vignette. 
I added last frame where you can see the vignetting on Panasonic GH4 photo mode 16:9. 
All pics made on Panasonic GH4 photo mode 16:9 without crop WIDE OPEN f1.8.

This is the modified version and it will focus to infinity (with fotga c-mount adapter not included).
