This is a pre-owned Barbie doll. Marked on back "Mattel, Inc. 1966 Taiwan". I believe she is from the "Superstar" line (articulated shoulders). Wonderful matching tropical/palm tree skirt, top & Tam O'Shanter hat. She comes with everything pictured and probably dates from the 1980s.
