SUPERSOFT RAYON CHEMISE

This is a stylish vintage chemise on the prestigious 'In Bloom' label by Jonquil.

 

In turquoise, it is made from bias-cut rayon (with a tiny woven dot pattern) which is exquisitely soft and drapey - perfect to sleep in! The bodice is in stretchy lace.

 

The chemise has darted cups (lined in mesh but still sheer!) with a further panel of lace beneath the bust and as the bodice is stretchy, it fits really well. The back is rather special too: it's cut in a deep V with a wide V-shaped panel of sheer lace beneath (right down to the top of your derrière!) and a ruched stretchy band between the shoulder straps - see photos. The skirt is in supersoft rayon and flares gently down to the hem.

 

Size notes: the chemise is labelled Large but will fit Medium sizes too. The bodice is very stretchy though the cups themselves are quite small/flat, so best for smaller cup sizes, but it will fit 36-38"-ish bust, maybe a little more as the back is low. The length is 33" from shoulder to hem with adjustable shoulder straps.

 

The chemise is brand 'new' old stock with original card tag attached and in excellent condition.

 

A very beautiful chemise and unbelievably soft! Highly recommended.
