Item measures appr. 7" x 10" and is in VERY GOOD CONDITION; covers and all pages are complete and intact, though a staple is missing, causing the pages to feel loose. Flaws include; light cover wear, with staining and edge tearing; tearing at the spine; and light staining and edge tearing on some pages.
