Mineral, N.Y...Acquitted...Dr. Vincent Montmarano is hugged by an unidentified friend outside the Nassau County courthouse in Mineola, N.Y., Tuesday after he was acquitted of injecting a lethal dose of potassium chloride into a dying cancer patient. Montemarano was accused of injecting the drug into the arm of Eugene Bauer, a 59-year-old railroad engineer.
