Horseshoe Game Rules:

• The object is to toss the horseshoes to try and encircle the stake (called the ringer)
• Each player pitches 2 shoes
• Both players stay at the same end of the court until each player has had his/her turn
• Only one player scores with the closest shoe scoring
• The shoe closest to the stake scores 1 point while ringer score 3 points
• If both players score ringers, the throws cancel each other out and no points are earned
• If both players score the same, no point are earned
• The winner is the person with the most points at the end of the predetermined number of turns
