    Beschreibung:

     

    Dieser rechteckige Rahmen besteht aus Edelstahl. Leicht zu reinigen, spülmaschinenfest. Es ist stufenlos in der Länge von 28,5 bis 53 cm und der Breite von 20 bis 34 cm variabel. Der Rahmen hat eine Höhe von ca. 5cm. Der gefettete Backrahmen wird auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes oder auch gefettetes Backblech oder Konditorei gelegt. Die Größe ist natürlich universell einstellbar. Jetzt können Sie Ihre fertige Teigmasse in den Rahmen legen. Bei Pizza wird empfohlen, zuerst den Teig abzuwickeln und dann den Rahmen darauf zu legen. Jetzt kann das Gebäck genommen und in den Ofen gestellt werden. Mit der Trennwand können sogar zwei verschiedene Kuchen oder Pizzen gleichzeitig gebacken werden. Der Backrahmen verhindert auch, dass der Guss oder Bodenbelag herunterläuft.
