This Weird Ball “Rock Head” action figure is a hard to find toy to add nostalgia to your collection. All his parts do move as shown in photos. Please also take time to look at condition of the paint as this item has been played with. It also sounds like a piece of plastic is broken loose inside it, but the piece doesn’t appear or operate as if it’s broken. It maneuvers like it’s meant to for its age.
