  • Please contact us immediately if your package does not arrive after 30 days. We will do our best to find solutions for you.
  • Unwanted Goods
  • Buyers must pay ALL shipping costs and any extra fees if the orders are cancelled not due to product problems.
  • We may charge up to 30% handling fee of the item's price for order cancellation/ return requests made after the package is shipped out within 30 days no matter whether the package is delivered or not.
