  One Vintage 1990's era Oregon SP (special purpose) license plate in fairly nice
condition. Has a few small dings, mostly around edges. Some light scuffs and
scratches. Has marks around mount holes and bottoms are slightly dimpled. Has
nice color. No sun fading. It's my understanding this is similar to an antique or
classic car plate. Great display item or addition to a 50 states set.
Plate has been expired for 3 years per eBay policy.
