Hi, you are looking at a Vintage 6" Car Automotive 2 Speed Oscillating Dash Fan made by Acme Tool Corp. It has been tested and works properly. There's not much of a difference in speeds, both are very powerful. There's no off switch. It's a bit dusty inside but is in otherwise very good condition.
