Element is New/ Old Stock. Item came from a 20 year retired hardware store. Item is not in original packaging, but is new and has never been installed. Packaging was damaged, so item was removed and is still in very good condition still. Please look at pictures of the item to get accurate condition of item as item will ship as shown in pictures.

Element is over 20 years old and may need updated wires to be in concurrence with local codes, please check with a certified electrician prior to installation. Has not been tested, but it has never been used and should work exactly as needed.
