This is a wonderful antique believed to be gold filled fancy engraved Circle pocket watch key and or pendant. This piece is unmarked and weighs approximately 8.9 grams total weight. 

The watch key is approximately 2.0" long by 3/4" in diameter at the middle engraved circle
The key hole measures approximately 2.0mm long by2.0mm wide.
