II). Obverse: Coat-of-arms of USSR, inscription "CCCP" and the denomination 1 РУБЛЬ (ruble) . Reverse: War Memorial Ро́дина-мать зовёт (Motherland calls) by E. V. Vuchetich in Mamayev Kurgan hill in Volgograd to heroes in the battle of Stalingrad (now Volgograd). To the left a five-pointed star with a hammer and sickle in the center, under the star years "1941-1945". In the background 6 beams of light forming a Roman number XXX (30). Around the circle inscription "ТРИДЦАТЬ ЛЕТ ПОБЕДЫ В ВЕЛИКОЙ ОТЕЧЕСТВЕННОЙ ВОЙНЕ" (Thirty years from victory in Great Patriotic War).
