ABOUT THE PICTURES 

The pictures was taken by factory workers ,when we take the pictures ,there are some practical applications making the photo different from what you get are the same time ,as we make more guitars at same time ,every guitar can't ensure 100% same the listing showed,pictures showed guitar just one of them ,so if you want actual pictures we send to you,you can message to me.
If there is no special instructions, the order only includes guitar, and the hardcase is only a prop for shooting. 

GUARANTEE 

We test each guitar (such as hum, sound test, workmanship) before shipping to make sure it is in good condition. If you have any questions or dissatisfaction with our guitars, please notify us as soon as you receive them. We will do our best to make you satisfied. 

SHIPPING 

Usually parcel will be shipped out via USPS and China Post, because it will take you much less, we will provide you with the tracking number, you can conveniently monitor the shipments progress on it`s website. 

CUSTOMS DUTY 

Our pricing does not include customs duties. But do not worry, we can provide an invoice with a very low value, you may need to pay little or no customs duties. About the duties, Please consult your local customs before purchasing our products.  But if you no want to pay the customs and lead to  guitar back to us , you need payment our usd 100 shipping  cost . 

RETURN POLICY 

What if there is a problem with my order? 

If there's a problem with your order, the first thing to do is message your Sales Engineer. He or she will take care of you, no matter what. The only policy we have is we'll do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make you happy. 

What if I receive a defective product? 

We will offer you full refunds only the item you received is Broken or defectove product, please return it within 3 days after you received it, and keep it good condition same we sent ,can;t miss any of parts ! After we receive the item, we will give you Full-Refunds or exchange, but we won `t pay return the shipping cost if not our guitar quality question. If you want do replacement it ,we can send new one to you ,then we will offer shipping lable to you, if you just want replacment parts (if it is parts reason ) ,we can free send the parts to youPlease read the RETURN POLICY before you order it. 

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all       accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.

If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed. 
The product should be packed in the original product box with the UPC codes intact. 
When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue.


Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as FedEx or UPS or USPS 
We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us when purchasing your own shipping labels. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and if that happens, we want you to be covered.
