BGC Cachets were produced by Barry and Gerry Covers which is Gerry Leviss. The first cachet was the 1st Chanukah issue in 1996.
The next issues were Bugs Bunny and Wallenberg.

I considered Gerry a friend and he passed away on 18 September 2011.

The covers were so popular with collectors on these 3 issues he began making FDCs for all future commemorative issues.
