All orders will be sent the same working day if ordered before 1pm.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed 48 unless paid at checkout for tracked 24

International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International tracked and signed (7-15 business days)

Returns

If you wish to return the item(s) for any reason, you can do this up to 14 days of receiving the item(s) by simply following these 2 steps below.

-1 Send us a message via eBay messaging that you wish to return the item.

  - Include in the message the reason of return

  - Include if you wish A, B, C

  A. Exchange the same model

  B. Refund

  C. Pay price difference to exchange another model.

-2 Once we have sent you your unique return code please include that on a note in the package                                                             

    - Send the item back via our return link (if provided)

All items Must be sent back in the same condition as received including packaging.

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and issue a refund or an exchange within 24 hours.

We will respond to all messages within 24 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays.

NOTE: We will NOT pay for postage unless we stated in the message otherwise
