1991 Hasbro GI Joe Sci-Fi v2 Directed Energy Expert Action Figure *Broken Crotch

Figure is vintage and does show some signs of use/wear. The band & joints are intact but the crotch piece is broken off.  It does have some marks from use.  See photos for exact condition.
