New factory sealed tin sign. This measures at 12.5”W and 16”H. Made in the USA by Desperate Enterprises. 

There is a tear in the plastic seal on the upper right corner. This can be seen in the pictures. This has in no way affected the sign.

The sign itself is in great condition.
