This is a 'Buy it Now' for an Second Anglo-Boer War Queen's South Africa Medal.

QSA (3rd type Reverse) with Cape Colony, Orange Free State and South Africa 1902 clasps.

Medal with officially impressed naming in captals to: E.3747 TPR: S. HUGHES. S.A.C.

Mr Hughes served with the South Africa Constabulary during the Second Anglo-Boer War, with his three clasps confirmed on the roll.

The roll notes his medal being issued on 4 August 1904, but also states he was discharged due to being medically unfit, with a date appearing to be 24 October 1910. Otherwise Mt Hughes is totally unresearched although his service records will be available the the SA Archives.

The medal is in EF condition and will come protected in a plastic medal wallet.

Documents supplied include a copy of the QSA roll confirming his entitlement.
