Old Ceiling Plant Hook Chandelier Bird Cage Hanger Cast Iron Square Nut Eastlake

These were originally used to hold oil lamps, bird cages, and hanging plants. 

• The cast iron is nice and crisp with very clean details.
• This hook was given a longer 5/16” shaft with a square nut many years ago. 
• It would be drilled through a beam and the nut tightened above the beam to hang the hook
• The weld was done by a blacksmith and not an electric welder
• This hook has the original bronze color finish that has taken on a nice dark color over the years.
• The hook is 3 1/2" tall and is  2 1/4" wide and with the long shaft and nut it is 13 1/4".
