This is a complete book as you can see in the video page by page the foils are slid in on the right page in a sealed envelope, the color graphic you are seeing is actually the front of the foil All envelopes are sealed unopened in the very back of the book. You will see the plastic cover that the envelopes came in and then you had to put them in the book.
