New without tags. The only unusual thing is that the leggings have no branding or labelling inside at all. I think possibly this could have been a sample set as the information on the bra top is also more minimal than usual, with no fabric content written on, and is made in USA rather than the normal made in China. The color way is also different to the other sets they made of these pieces.
