Leather Chore Coat HELL'S KITCHEN is based on the motif of the coveralls that designer Toru Tachibana bought at the Hell's Kitchen flea market in New York when he was a buyer, and finished with a craft leather-like atmosphere.
This new model from GOOD KARMA DEVELOPMENT is based on a choir coat (coverall) to take advantage of its characteristic natural edge, and incorporates elements of a car coat in the sleeve specifications, etc.
The leather is made from specially tanned Ezo sika deer, which is rich in oil and has a rough, bumpy texture. The thickness is reduced to 1.2mm, and despite its appearance, it is extremely lightweight and comfortable to wear. The hood, a characteristic design, can be detached with snap buttons. The hood, gills, pockets, hem, and cuffs are all cut off, and the natural edge of the original leather is incorporated into the design, making it a completely one-of-a-kind item with no two pieces exactly alike. The action pleats on the back allow for ease of movement, and the specification of connecting the front and back with natural edges is not only a design, but also a meaningful detail that takes into account the leather's take, creating an exquisite silhouette with a sense of fall. The 100% cotton lining is semi-lined to give it an artisan feel that is different from that of the United States.
Equipped with a cell phone pocket and an inside pocket, it is finished without any compromise in all aspects, including the handwritten leather tag and the original tote bag that comes with it.
The leather tag on the left chest is usually brown, but it has been changed to black, the same color as the body, in order to make it more powerful and silent, and to bring out the individuality and possibilities of the wearer.
